Purchasing your slip will secure access to the water for you and your family, and it allows you to invest in an appreciable asset.

Will there be any on-site amenities?

Yes, there will be a clubhouse that will be available to all owners. This clubhouse will accommodate meetings for the association and will be available to owners for private functions. There will also be shower/restroom facilities and a 20' X 40' pool.

Will I have to remove my boat during the renovation process?

No, we have a plan in place that will allow all work to be done by temporarily moving boats in and around the facility during the slow winter months.

Will there be association dues?

Yes, annual dues are required to provide income necessary to maintain and run the facility.

Am I allowed to lease out my slip?

Yes. However, the rentals and all re-sales of slips must be conducted through the Dock Master and there will be a standard fee of 10% for this service. In addition to this being a more organized approach, it also provides consistency in storage rates at the marina and provides additional income to the unit owners to offset the administrative costs associated with the management of the facility.

Will there be an on-site service facility?

No, but our Dock Master has a list of preferred service providers.
